hey I just ordered my invaders and px12's from Get Boards on friday (jan,27). They said when I ordered that they would send a comformation email within 48 hours, well 4 days later I still have nothing telling me that my order went through or that my skis got shipped.
Is this shit normal for get boards or did something else happen?

You HAVE to call them incessantly in order to get anything within two weeks. About half the time your order will go through without problems there, but when they screw up they really make it count.

that happened with me back in the middle of december, i ordered a sweatshirt for christmas and never got a confirmation email, so i ordered it again last weekend with 4-7 day shipping, so at the latest it should be here tomorrow i think. you should either bother them or order again

yeah, i bought oakely romeo pants from there and waited for my email for a week and ordered 2-3 day shipping, when i finally got my email, they told me they sold out of my size but it was like 10 days late. getboards sucks

getboards fucking sucks...i ordered a hat, t shirt and movie and they said it would arrive in 5-7 business days...well 9 days later i get a package..i figure its just my shit arriving late..i open it up and its just the hat. nothing telling me when my other shit is gonna arrive. i emailed them and they havent responded..going on 4 days after my hat came still no word on anything else..FUCK GETBOARDS..if i order from another company ill try jibij or d structure

Well...

I ordered some skis from Getboards and didnt recieve any emails for a full week. So I called them up and found out that they lost my order, the guy couldnt find it anywhere. A week later they charged my card. I called them again and got my "lost" order cancelled for good and got my money back four days later. All in all the transaction took about four weeks.

So yeah, they suck.

If you get lucky they get it right, but it looks like its too late for you already so good luck with that. The fact you said you needed them by the 29th makes me laugh though, have fun with that.

ive always had really good service from getboards until these past three weeks. i just ordered a sort, beanie and hoodie and its scheduled delivery is tomorrow but it took 3 weeks to get here and i sent 3 emails and never got a reply. i called them and it said they are currently moving their wherehouse so i just think everything is fucked because of that.

i ordered a jacket 4 weeks ago and it was suposed to com in one week. they havn't returned any of my e-mails and their phone number "is out of my area" somehow. its pissing me off, its the first time i have ever had problems with them

i would be checking your credit card statements or however you paid becuase getboards is known to charge unshipped and even not in stock orders. i had a few good orders with them years ago and then around october i had a month long thing with them where they charged me for stuff, i didnt see any of it for 2 weeks so i called to find out my shit wasnt in stock so i told em to cancel. had to fight for another 2 weeks for them to actually get my money back to my bank account. just keep an eye on that so you dont end up with one set of skis for the price of 2
