Jay Peak 'Park' Update

As of right now, jay peak has 2 days of snowmaking left in their budget, after that they are not allowed to blow anymore snow for the rest of the season. the park has not even been started yet, but the last 2 days are reserved for snowmaking in the park, unless we get really warm temps and have to make snow on other parts of the mountain. if that happens jay wont have a park.
we are getting 3 new boxes as well, small ones, hopefully one will be a flat down though. my advice is only come to jay for the snow, not the park, send bill steinger anrgy messages, and ski at other resorts.

jay has 3 mini jumps and 3 rails set up underneath the flyer.

This is the first year in my life that i did not get my pass at jay peak... This is also the first year in my life that i have skied at jay less the 4 times up to this point of the season... Snow conditions suck so i go to sauver for the park... if jay had a decent park i would ski jay even when the snow was shitty...

they should just make those mini jumps good!Maybe scrap one of them and build up a big drop in ramp and make the bottom jump into at least a nice 40 footer?? Im just spitballing here, but there must be a way to salvage the park

3 jumps;
step down, 20ft...
big air, 60 feet...
3rd jump has 2 wedges, one 35ft, and 45ft.

rails are serpent, rainbow, battleship, and a c box and an up rail....



there will be a 20ft box in the mini park along with a mailbox and rainbow rail and 3 small jumps....also 2 eight ft boxes on skiers right of interstate, below mini pipe.

im park ranger on mondays and wednesdays, hit me up if ur there!

big air was awesome!!!! there is another comp on the 18th of march....perfect jump!!!veryone should hit it 55 footer, silent landing!!!!

that big jump is...big. the gap makes it so intimidating. It also makes it so it will be super nice for filming and make it look even gnarlier. nice work

yeah gotta say jay steped up the park this year props to brad and all his work .... we had a good time this weekend sessioned the big air all weekend

yay! I got a almost corked 7 over it. the trap rail is fun too. the only complaint I have is that the landings on all the other jumps are really short, but all in all its good stuff.
