I heard his ankles still hurt on big landings and big air/slopestyle isn't as forgiving as pipe.

I think he didnt want to deal with big air but maybe he is still injured... and btw decking from 12-15+ hurts more than landing a normal jump or rail

dude, id say it is. what happens if he cases the pipe lip? pros still do that. maybe not as consistanly painful but definately the possibility for death. landing low sucks too.
