Ski pole sizing? help!

hello, i am a 6 foot male andi need some new freestyle poles. there is this online deal scott nightsticks and the sizes they have are 44 or 46. which size is best for me?? thanks

id get the longest ones you can cuz you can't go wrong that way...you can always cut them down if they're too long...i believe the 44 and 46 mean 144 and 146cm long...just a guess though

best way to find out what your pole size is....take a tape measure...and hold one end so that your arm is at a right angle...and then see whatt he number is...depending one how you re holding it...either the number your hand is at or the number that is touching the ground.

buy some used ones from a shop and cut them down to a size that you like
