I was there standing right next to the kicker at x and Candide definatly should have one that for sure. His trick was pure buck nasty as opposed to the same swich 10 thrown by the other 16 competitors

i think its stupid that they pay attention to basicly the gloves they are wearing, and the goggle lenses they are wearing while in the air now days during these one hit trick comps.

See to me this comp was like who can do the best variation on a s. 10. Now is it just me or is super uber corked inverted thing cooler than holding a "tail" grab for a quarter of a second more? Also Dumonts flying squirrle or truck driver 7 was fucking tight.

CANDIDes was pushing rodeo, it was sick, and he held the grab ok, and amplitude and smoothness were way more. so he wins on 3 out of 4 things...wtf is this TJ hype

yeah i agree it shouldnt have to be switch 10 to get top 3. look at the other guys not caring about sw 10's like railville's cork 3, bushfield's dub back. those got judge horribly along with pep's tricks. just because iot wasnt a 10. its fucked.

yeah and even though candide didnt hold his grab as long as tj's, things are going to be sacrificed in replacement of altitude and ginormous balls for coming 5 ft from the bottom of the landing with a sw underflip 10!!!holy shit.

candide ? onononono watch it again I was there. Each perspn would come down and land with the solid STOMP sound of their skiis hitting, and Especially candides first hit, He like buttered in, NO NOISE. soothest thing ever.

it twas the same thing with snowboard ss and halfpipe... if a 1080 wasnt thrown.. u didnt have a chance.. it wasnt just skiing..
