i hit a jump the other day and completly over shot the landing and when i hit the flat my knee hurt really bad but only for like a hour..so i took a day off and today i went to mt snow and my 1st run i do a little 3 to get warmed up and land it clean but my knee starts to kill again for the whole day..its the outside of my right knee..any1 ever have this happen and what do you think it is?
