I am going to my shop tomorrow to see what they can do. But i want to have some "enlightened" newschoolers give some advice as well.
Basically, the entire brake piece broke off one of my binding when i landed because the screw attaching them together got pulled out of the hole. Like the hole the screw is supposed to go into is basically destroyed, stripped and deformed, and i cant screw the brake back in. Now, the screw is fine, it isnt stripped at all. The brake is fine as well, not bent or anything.
My question is will my shop be able to send this in to be warrantied or replaced? In my opinion, it takes much more force to rip a screw out of a hole on a sliding impact than to bend the brake itself. Therefore, if there wasnt something wrong with the screw or hole, the brake would have bent before everything went to shits.

nah, the brake is fine. It's the metal plate that the dildo slides on, which the brake piece screws into that got bent. I took it to my shop and they used a hammer, screwdriver, and glue to "fix" it. I just need them to last a couple more days because my skis are starting to delam as well...
