Replying to Should WB replace my skis?

alright so thursday i was caught in an inbounds avy... not too big but definitely not that small. was only a 10cm day afterall but was definitely windloaded in some places. I was first into diamond bowl from diamond center and did a couple turns and either I or someone above me triggered it, it swept me off my feet pretty fast tumbled me over a small cliff and there i went for another 50 or more feet while it ran out from under me. anyhow my stuff was scattered to shit as u can imagine. long story short... im missing a ski, now theres a service called ski finders up here that charges $100 to find em and theyre paying for that, but i have my doubts right now if theyre gonna find it since we got 15cm yesterday and another 27cm today. these weren't cheap skis either... volkl mantra's. think i should ask them to replace it if it isnt found?
