mine started out:
my name is jim, some call me jimbo
if i was tim they would call me timbo

my teacher saw it and made me redo it:
Each and every weekend I ski a lot,
Whenever I am skiing I often crash.
My best skiing is done in my favorite spot.,
Sometimes my ski boots give me a huge rash.
When skiing I often drink lots of caffeine,
Caffeine keeps me wake for a while or so.
It dulls my fears and keeps my senses keen,
It stops me from falling down on the snow.
I don't like snowboarders they slow me down,
They have to buckle up and block the trail.
Snowboarders are everywhere in this small town,
I learn to live with them and we've become pals.
Skiing is awesome no matter what the time,
Unless you have to sit and write a rhyme.
