i have a friend who was skiing a couple of nights ago. he hit the jump and attempted a swtich 5 (which he had already done)he was not successful and broke his colar bone.
another friend was snowboarding hit the last jump in the park and lost balance and crashed. someone skied down to her and she was out cold twitching. she had a concution.
i also know another person who broke his colar bone twice, once caught edge and broke it, and the was high caught edge and broke again. My brother had a concution.
