I just got back from SIA. This message is for Campbell and all the other kids at 9w. I have never been so impressed. Ninthward has gone from nothing in the industry to everything. The skis are looking sick for 06/07, with Rory Silva (soft BC pro model), Laurent, Mick D, and Belanger (whos creating a pipe ski) they're unstoppable. And during the show a very sick rider left 4frnt and signed with 9w. Kudos to 9w, they're sicccck! Anyone whos stoked on 9w to post it here!

Its good when smaller companies start out then grow bigger. Signing good pros with small companies is cool to see.

I had no idea about Belanger until I walked into the booth and he was sitting there on the couch. I asked Campbell what was up with that and he said Belanger just recently signed with them. Hes also featured in the 06/07 catalogue on the team.

They're coming along faster then Armada and 4FRNT, they're going to be huge. I'd get a pair if more people had them, so I could get them used.

I'm pretty sure karlstrom is a part owner of 4frnt...so, its kinda unlikely he left.

what dude? ive had no problems with 4frnt. they make a quality product, and back it in my experiences with them. what did you have happen? or are you like 98.256% of NS and plan on jumping on a bandwagon of some sort?

They're a year later then either, and they're pretty close. Plus Ninthward is making outerwear also, so they're coming along very quickly.

WHAT THE FUCK!?
What the hell?? I can't believe this place. The word BANDWAGON takes on a whole new meaning in the ski world? Have any of you guys actually skied their skis? Its like I can predict what this thread is going to be like before I even open it. I'm....speechless. It must be easy to make money in the ski business. Next week I'm going to start a ski company called....um....Switch. I'll show up to some conventions and smoke out some pros so they sign with my company, then I'll use my financial backers to have the Elan factories in Switzerland press my skis. Then I'll outsource the topsheet art to a company that specializes in "Urban art". Bingo. All you tools will buy 1000s of my skis without ever having skied on them or even heard how they ski. Thanks, I'm done now.

Also, all the Nthward skiers are like the biggest tools in the industry, sans Belanger. What is it with their thuggery and killer attitude. I'm only going to say this once, JUST ONCE:
NO ONE AT NTHWARD HAS EVER KILLED ANYONE WITH A GUN! NEVER!
We would have heard about it on the news. Trust me. Am I supposed to be scared of them when they show up wearing their pants around their ankles and sporting chains and gang signs on their shirts? what tools

^I wouldn't be so sure about Mickael. Hahaha.
But the bandwagoning is pretty obvious, it's how NS works. I don't even think the graphics for next year look all that good.

yea they're graphics arent great but my buddy just got a pair and i tried em out the other day. and their amazing, so im thinking ninthward or liberty

We used to have arguments, but I compeltly agree with you now. Your second post about the thuggery I'm sick of hearing about but the whole business dealio you layed out is perfect.
I really liked the "Urban Art" thing.
