old warrenty

i'm looking at getting some 2000-2001 k2 enemy brand new and still in the wrapper. will K2 still give the warrenty on them since they are new but a few years old? So if they ede-lam would I get the new 03's?

It's tricky. Will you be purchasing them directly from a shop or from someone who just never used 'em?

If you purchase them from a shop, they MAY be cool enough to cover your ass. If you're buying 'em from someone else, you're kinda SOL.

As far as warranty issues in general, it depends more on the shop than the company. The companies trust us at the shops to make good judgements on warranty stuff. Pretty much, if we send it back, they'll send us something in return for it.
