Just getting into the sport and im open to suggestions as to what skis to buy. Ski more in the east than west and more out of the park than in the park. with so much on the market in terms of skis i dont even know where to start. help would be apreciated.
hm... why didnt i think to give that info. 6'3 175lbs have skiied park little to none, pretty agressive skiier though, can ski the whole mountain @ The Canyons in Utah and a little of the hike in terrain out there. Currently getting maybe 10-15 ski days a year want to double that next year.
Well then maybe you should consider only a semi twin tip cause it sounds to me that you'll want to ski more all around than just a few specific things. But hey thats just my opion
Mojo 90. Good stiff ski. wide enough for if you go out west but not overly wide. it will perform everywhere else, and still be a sick park ski. Either that or maybe the elan twin tip. Another stiff ski that will hold up in the crud and ice and where ever else you want to take it but not as wide as the Mojo.
okay fine! I read the above and ur obviously on this site to have a ski with a back tip. So to me its 90% all mountain and 10% park. Correct? So i would say the line prophet 80 or 100...the salomon foils would not be a bad choice eather...but the prophets would probabley be the best
yah but i don't think he would want the prophet because he said he would want to ski the whole mountain so i am guessing he would still want to ski so trail and be able to carve pretty good tooo
