Freeskiing?

Ok after two week period where I had a bunch of comps I came to think of this while driving home from one, that I got screwed in...

Aren't competitions kinda odd in freeskiing... SO for the most part besides big comps like the open and xgames... most of the judges don't know what 'style' and all really is. Most of them will judge on how much u spin, and what not. But really? Being judged in freeskiing...your suppose to be able to do whatever the hell you want to try to be 'progressive' (thats a whole other word that has been flying around here alot) I just think its kinda odd sometimes

yeah they definitely dont know all the crazy unique styles....we should start having comps were the kids that dont make it to finals or whatever judge.

just someone who isnt 30 and jonny mosely or uncle E

i agree but i dont think that you can judge anyone in a compfairly because everyone has thier own style and ways of skiing. So the eaziest thing to do is see who does the biggest trick in the eyes of the judges.

thats what I mean though... I mean most of the judges don't reconize other grabs and all... like all they see is a mute grab 360... I mean maybe this is a little extreme.. but i think its just kinda an oxymoran by being judged in a freeskiing event...
