'If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16,1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles? '

This law was implimented 4 days before the US of A CLAIMED to have landed on the moon. Do I smell a conspiracy?

Rebel is right.... that did exist for about 20 years or so.

Section 1211 was taken out of the Code of Federal Regulations in 1991. An announcement in the 1991 code says that the section was removed '...since it has served its purpose and is no longer in keeping with current policy.'

yea Hobo i know he was assasinated, after he was done being stabbed by everyone that asaasinated and as he fell to the ground on the stairs of the senate building and as the people who assasinated him backed off to watch him die he covered up his face when he was on the ground dying
