I was watching the health channel yesterday and they said if you don't get one of the six subs with six grams of fat or less subway is one of the most fatening places to eat. Also all their subs are very high in carbs!! Subway is one of the worst places to eat health wise.
well of course its not all that good for you, they make it seem like it is but the world is so naive to think that 7 grams of fat isnt much so they ransack their way over and munch down a footlong thinking they wont put on weight............little do they know that eating a shitload of carbs will just be stored as fat if you dont exercise to burn off glycogen levels
carbs aernt exactly bad... unless you are totally inactive. Bread is general has a lot of carbs, its a fact of life. Eating a sandwich is not bad for you. I bet that "study" was done by the Fast Food Restaurants of America corporation.
The ones who are on the side of McDonalds. If you cant out health some other companies selection why not exploit their unhealthy selections. hypocrits.
carbs are good you need them to live. but carbs are like gasoline in a car the extra carbs that the body doesnt need is stored as fat. thats what fat is.
haha. Yea subway is fast food no matter how you look at it. I get microwaved chicken and steak at mine, they do it for you like right there. then they toast it for 10 seconds. soo goood.
yeah dude why is everyone against carbs? Maybe all you fat ass lazy kids that sit around doing nothing but posting on here should limit carbs, but a dinner full of carbs the night before a big day skiing is the best.
You see whats going in your sandwich when your at Subway, stopping too much mayo or fatening shit going in there. You never know what happens behind the register at McDonalds. Could be shoving pounds of fat into those greaseball burgers. Don't tell me Subway is the worst place to eat.
