i was just wondering if anyone has been to the avila park recently and if there are any other boxes besides the one in the update? i went to the website and there are no photo's up yet.
you have the usual short ones at the start mostly big changes have been the huge booters they have. the half pipe is still under construction MAN does it look HUGE!!
I was there this week and the flow is great but I was a little frustrated and confused by the jumps. huge cheese wedge takeoffs but with barely any deck and kinda flat landings. on the plus side you get to hit a whole lot of them in a run.
im heading up to sauveur (which is understnad is connected to avila, you can ski both right?), what are the jumps like there? and any particularly good glades that i should check out?
there can be some good glades at sauveur just go to the far right of the mountain (opposite if avilla )and ski in the waterslides its mad fun and hidden you wont get caught
for the park check the park conditions on the main page im tooo lazy right now to write something
ok one more thing. im a little confused, if i get the st. sauveur pass, i can ski at avila too right? cuz there connected and all but i just wanna make sure
Yeah with the sauveur pass you can ski both (gotta buy the park pass for 10$ to ski the avila park) but with the single Avila pass you can't ski St-Sau
I was in there too yesterday, pretty fun but I'll be surprised if they keep Avila open for much more than one weekend, if that. Probably only Sauveur left by next weekend.
