Windows Sound Recorder

Hey im doing a bit of a project that I need the windows sound recorder that is on all the xp computers but some how I dont have it on my computer. Does anyone know where I could download this from the interweb?

I dont know what kind of recording thing you need, but there is a good free one at www.nch.com.au/recordpad.
