I hear a lot of stories about skiers getting hurt doing sick stuff. Well, I was wondering if all the tricks and progression you have are worth the pain that comes with it? So far, All I have had is a broken hand from a rail. But it was totally worth it once I slid my first box. How bout it? Is it worth it?
haha, I have, except it is home working. That is why I say it is worth the pain. But I havent lost my teeth. That is why I am asking the kids who have had crazy shit happen to them.
its def. worth the pain...my mom asked me the same question when i came home today limping because of my throbbing hip...i didnt even have to think of the answer..i just told her im planning on going tommarow
if you arnt progressing and just getting hurt, it sucks. but if you get fucked up and still get the trick you were trying, its one of the best feelings there is. i love the feeling of being sore as shit from a good jump session, cause its a constant reminder.
yeah dude...once you land a new trick its amazing..or just riding..whatever...i broke my thumb and knocked two teeth but i came back for more a season later
it's worth it if you push yourself within your limits, but if you just go out and try something you have no business doing yet and totally fuck yourself, i don't think it was.
