Help with Rainbow

Hey guys, what would be a good strategy for sliding a rainbow rail. I can make it all the way to the top but hardly ever much further. i just started doing rails this year, and usually i just come off at the top and dont make it very far down the back side. any advice?

look at the middle of it the whole way and once you peak look for the end
