Why are so many people against spin to win. Personally im sick of seeing the switch 10 over and over and over... this sport needs to constantly progress and not get hung up on one trick. The 14 was sick. Huge air and a nice grab. Im not sure if it was corked or not but it looked good. Progression on it would be to make it smoother and throw in cork, bio, misty, etc. while keeping it from looking too much like an arialist event... just my opinion
because people can't keep up! Who can relate with a cab 1440? Normal ppl can say "damn I am gonna try to style my switch 5 like that" they can't say that about Schillers 1440
Spin to win is gay if you are say... Ross Powers who pencils out his 1080s, or if you are throwing switch 10s on small tables or something... like last years X, I thought all the switch 10s done looked way more hucked than schillers sw 14... If you can do it smooth and with style, I say do it up, awesome to have our sport progress and if you can toss down a sw 14 in a comp I'd like to see a switch 18 over a huge hip, why not...
big air and table tops are a passing fad skiing in the future will be all about using air knowledge to jib signs, trees, fences and other such man made obstacles not rails though.
