i had to get a new conputer b/c of limewire... there were so many bad things that happened to my comp. from it, sites that contained porn would just randomley pop-up and i got a e-mail from the government saying that the computer had visted 31 illegal sites, after that e-mail i got rid of it and bought a new one...

why not use torrents? you get the whole album and its so much better than all those other programs. Also you can get any other programs too. Its quick too. And there are so many places to find sources

yeah, ive dled about 2k and i just keep all my songs out of the folder ares shares.
oh and i like ares the best. its by far the best compared to the other programs ive used (WinMX,limewire,morpheus)

limewire for me. my friend used ares and it took a day and a half to download national treasure. granted his comp is slow but still and I tried ares for a while and i didn't get the same results with ares that i did with limewire.

bearshare runs on the same network as limewire. The safest thing there is is IRC and newsgroups but they take a little learning.

hahaha 1K. ive downloaded around 2000 of limewire. believe me. before they go for you, there are kids out there with 5000+ off of limewire. and there is really no SAFE program. it all depends on the files that you open
