ok so there is this Sick rail its like well over 60' and its sick i am gonna have to try it some how once there is some snow, but its a clsoe to flat inrun so might be a bit harder with out a sled.
it's my first week here....and i just mean im bored as far as skiing goes. i've become a regular at buck's club for beer/burger/$1 and gone to a few other bars but thats about it.
Ok this rail does NOT have a hill leading up to it. It basically has a completely flat inrun so one would have to either have friends push you for speed from a ways back with an inrun (not sure if that will work) or bring in a starting ramp.
Do you know where the Music & Arts building where they have plays and stuff performed? If you are at that building, the rail is across the street. The rail ends at the street pavement almost. Its a shorter mellow down, short flat, down. It looks like a sick rail to session sometime. Only problem is you gotta build a inrun to get speed.
I'm pretty sure thats the rail you guys are talking about. I've never seen anyone session it though. Kind of alot of work to get setup, but its a mellow rail, good to start out on.
The bust factor isn't too bad if you can hit it at night, its by the education building. You need friends to slingshot you becuse it has a slight uphill to the rail, if you want a sick rail you need to do the down flat down between the fieldhouse and stadium.
