ok, i hit this pretty small jump with lots of speed, got some decent air for a jump that size(about 15 ft) as i landed i hear this wierd craking noise. i look down and my edge is barely still on my ski! i landed fucking perfectly and the edge just comes right off. how can i fix this and if i cant, can i warrantee these bitches. o yea there the new chronics.

For all you that say Line is shit... heres my experience with them... I ride elizabeths but ne way i was driving on the highway with them on my ski rack. My ski rack broke and my skis went flying, about a good 20-25 feet in the air over cars, this is while i was doing about 80mph, then they slammed into the highway and sparked to a halt. When i stopped, and got me skis before they got run over to my surprise there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Few scrapes and thats it. now on the other hand my brothers scartches were also on the roof and went flying off and got completely messed up. edges ripped out, delames, and a core shot. So saying that all line skis suck is stupid. U pay for what u get.

its not that theyre made shitty, freak manufacturing defects happen way more than u think. 2 of my friends broke brand new boards when they landed wrong on a 30 foot jump

invaders. thats a cheap ski, thats had problems. i wouldnt hate on line for that shit.

anyhow, if youre tellin the truth, thats warentee. im not sure i believe you because you wont upload a pic, but dont be so quick to hate. all of the lines ive ridden this year have been fine.

I don't know why everyone hates on line? I have had a pair of 03 skogens for three years now and all I ski is park the eges are fucked up but they arent comen of at all and they arent even close to delaminating my friend had a pair of armadas for two months and the edge already came off, my skis are bulletproof so ride the skis before u hate on them and thats the truth

I have Line Skogens from two years ago, and while my edges didnt tear out, they have just turned to shit, not strength at all in them anymore, and there are coreshots from the top, that is ridiculous.

in ansmer to a fix... you could try taking it to a shop and asking them to glue and clamp it but in my opinion that's not really gonna wind up being a good ski and it'll break pretty easy. if what you say happened then you definatey deserve a warranty replacement.

some other people on here with problems with their lines have had warranties.

while i agree about your 1260's being bombproof, i still think it's possible that he got a bad set of skis and he's telling the truth. I have older 1260's, and last year's chronics. Can't complain about the durability of either skis. I'd go to war with them.

i'd go to war with my chronics from this year..i beat living hell out of them and i have no problems with them..in fact line's the only company ii haven't had a problem with...delammed a pair of armada's, ripped the edges outta some k2's..

i dont trust it, my 04/05 skogens are bombproof, they will take a hard beatig and have no problems what so ever, if u really did break them then they use the warranty, but i dont think there broken. all youre doing is saying that your pc is broken so u cant upload pics, and u woant use the warranty, so i think their fine your just trying to give line a bad name

all of these things are obviously from the way you ski. i hardly think having "coreshots" in the top of your ski has anything to do with durability.

the only problem i have with my lines is the top sheet delaminating and thats a pretty easy fix (not a fix just a repair until the next time it happens)

patman, i have had so many pairs of skis that have held up to the way i ski. if the lines have broken through on top and no other ski i own has, then i'm gonna go ahead and say it's a durability issue.

Same here,
I had a pair of Mike nick 02-03(since 2 weeks,I have mike nick 04-05), and no probleme with edges or delam. During that time, My friend had a pair of trouble maker and armada tanner hall, and both skis are totally wrecked, The skis have about 5inches of edges that are gone in the snow somewhere.

yo, take em into your lodges shop and see what they can do.

i've ripped it up on last years chronics 30 times this season. 45 foot tables rail, kinks boxes. whatever. fucking indestructable.
