Yep, it's Mr.t lingo but seeing as I am Mr.T I will define it, hehe. he says 'cut the jibba jabba fool!' it's like yo, fool, stop talking shit and tell it how it really is kinda stuff. But i have personally adapted it to mean 'maxumum shibbyness', 'most utmost total wootness' and 'complete and utter super phreakin phattness', so yeah, it has a variety of uses.
