Question for computer

i got an ipod vidoe and when i go to download the software onto my computer it just stops in the middle and i have to cancel it out...it says 1607:unable to install installshield scripting runtime...does anyone no wut to do

i believe i know the problem. is your temp folder full? empty your temp folder and try again. if it still doesnt work well then im out of ideas

the temp folder being full or not enough hd space sounds about right to me as well

Go to start>run. Type in %temp% including the percent signs and hit enter. Select everything and hit delete.

i found the temp folder but i dont really want to delete everything...theres like 1000 things in there and i dont no wut any of them r and i dont want to delete sumthin that might be important...if it was my computer i would delete everything

it's a temp folder. Temp stands for "temporary," a file wouldn't be temporary if it was important.
