Replying to New AIM virus,please help!

i fucking hate viruses,fucking pieces of ass shit. Yeah so anyways...i got this new AIM virus and its completely fucked up my computer,im on a friends right now. Someone on my list messaged me saying "Look at this picture of me and you on my myspace" or some shit like that,of course they didn't do it intentionally,but i clicked on it and it raped my computer to shit. Anyone else get this? apparently its spreading faster then aids,and does anyone know how to get rid of it?
