I need some advice on my backflips, WONT ANYONE HELP ME!

i mean i guess you could say i have pretty rad style but i just need to give it that extra spice when im in the air. should i grab both noses or try and grap back pack. any costructive criticism will help. o an also should i maybe try backflip spread eagle?
