^deffinately, he is so laid back about it. I dont know why everyone is freaking out about it, he is racing by himself so its not like hes gunna take out another rider, and its his own problem if his drunk ass takes a gate to the face.

they just want to keep the publicity on it good so their making him apologize and whatnot for fear of losing sponsorships. You cant do a whole lot as the best racer on the U.S. ski team without sponsorships.
