today, every spin i threw went bio. not intentionally, mind you. at first i was like, sick, but two runs later it started to go SUPER bio, and almost amde me bail countless times. what the fuck is going on?

you probably didnt pop right and threw it more with your upper body, dont forget to use your hips and set it evenly

i dont think i use my hips wen i spin, maybe i do a little, but i cant really feel me spinning my hip, maybe thats the reason why i cant do 5's
