we all get em and they suck... now whats the best way to cure them? I can't really stay off of them, because i ski for work, and its not an option. I usually ice them after skiing when i cant walk, and take pain killers, but thats all i can think of. Im gettn new boots, the 1080's. when i tried em on they seemed to help brace my shins. do they help on the mountain?
