hey i see all these nice smooth sequences and i cant figure out how you do it!!! what kind of equipment do i need? I got photoshop so i hear that the software you use to make it so now what kind of camera should i get $$ wise

photoshop - open up all the images you've taken and lay them on top of each other until u like it
camera - anything that shoots sequences at 3 frames a second or ebtter, rpefreably 5
digital or 35mm doesnt matter

do it with any type of camera you can taken a lot of pictures quickly... sports cameras ahve sequence settings usually... video cameras also work well.
