Replying to Bindings Question
It snowed last night so my friends and I built a jump behind our dorm. I ski on twins but one of my friends doesn't and he kept flying out his bindings on his switch landings. The landing is flat, into shallow powder and he skis Volkl 5 Stars with Marker Motion LT bindings.
Anyway, eventually he noticed one of his ski brakes and the pedal attached to it were slightly crooked. He could still clip in though. So, I have two questions.
First, how can we fix the problem? We could take it to a shop, but if it's not too hard to fix, I'd prefer doing it on our own.
Secondly, once it is fixed, is there any way to adjust my friend's boots or bindings for switch landings? Or should he just give up on landing switch without twins?
Thanks for your help.
