i've been out 3 weeks as a self-imposed precaution becuase my knee felt weird after skiing.
I don't do tricks like you guys. I didnt fall. I was just skiing, cutting up the hill and the next day my knee just felt "weird". i thought maybe i just tweaked it so i thought a little rest and it'll be fine. but three weeks later its a bit worse.
symptoms include: mainly stiffness and feeling like pressure deep within the knee and a very slight loss of strength. theres no swelling and i have complete range of motion without pain.
i go to the doctor tomorrow cause im tired of sitting out but i dont wanna learn the hard way that i have a significant injury and then go ski and make it worse.
any thoughts or similar experiences. i got blackcomb in 5 weeks and im scared im gonna blow it.
