Replying to Lifting and Skiing
At my gym Ive been having an ongoing discussion with a trainer over lifting for "extreme" sports especially skiing. He said the main thing you can do is build a strong core and legs. ALso adding swingwieght can be important for big spins. I found this to be almsot self explanatory. However he said that lunges, sqauting and repeated jumping excerises can efect your performance greatly in some cases. Anyone else looked into this
