Bindgins Adjustable?

Hey
I have a questions about bindings. I don't know a whole lot aobut bindings so I came here to ask you guys a question. Can these bindings adjust to fit a boot a few sizes smaller then mine? I think their called Rossignol FDX 100's if that matters. Here are three pics as well.

They should be adjustable either 1 size down or up, but that's it. And don't do it yourself. Let a shop tech do it so you don't fuck up the foward pressure.

and if they can't be adjusted then the shop can remount them so that they do fit.
