Rotator cuff #2 is finished now

fucked up my right shoulder about 3 years ago. now im not able to throw anything. now i thought having one fucked up shoulder was bad enough. now my left is fucked. my right one only hurts when i try and throw something but my left is just in crazy pain. i cant really move it at all. damn you skiing!!!!

i tore my rotator cuff and need surgery. that was last january and ive still yet to have the surgery i just keep putting it off

i tore my roator cuff on the second day of high north two years ago and was super bummed but i didn;t think it was that bad so i didn't tell anyone except a few people. and then i went to the doctor a couple months later and he was like "you have a partial tare in your rotator cuff." but somehow it healed on its own bt my shoulder is all fucked up now

aahah thats funny, but nah its from fallin on them skating, 2 completely broken fingers that i cant even move anymore. my hands are always cold and numb.

dude, when that stops hurting you, hit the gym and do this excersice...
lay flat on your side and hold a light dumbell in the arm which isnt touching the bench. start the motion with your elbow at 90 degrees (parallel your belt) and lift your forearm, but keep your elbow touching your side. this prevents injury to the rotator cuff.
i do this cause i play tennis, and its important to avoid such an injury. so far so good.

i partially tore my rotator cuff last year, trying to hit a guy in hockey 100 pounds more then me, it didnt quite work i guess. ya it sucks, cuz now everytime i work out, i can feel that its so much weaker then my other shoulder.
