so like last night i slept like 2 hours and was a zombie through the day and tried really hard to finish my homework early so i could go to be and catch up on my lost sleep. but then when i laid down i just couldnt fall asleep i like forgot how to if that makes any sense i spent like 30 min. tossing and turning and ive given up and logged back on to ns, anyone else hate that feeling when you know you should sleep or that your tired but just ct?
Try reading a book or magazine, after a while, you will get really tired. Then turn off your lamp or light w/o getting up and moving around. You should fall asleep in less than ten minutes.
Having a lot of electronics n shit in your room fucks up your sleep aptterns. turn of your computer, stop charging your cell phone on your bedside table, and all that jazz.
yeah that sucks, i get that sometimes too. and you go home and lay down and you're so over tired at this point your body is completely restless but you just wanna fall over and pass out
bolt a sledg hammer to a hinge and bolt the hinge abouve your bed.....then when you want to fall asleep..u full out the what ever thats holding it up and u wont wake up till the mornign
