Final for my speech class. ideas?

ok, so i need to give a 6-8 minute speech tomorrow that needs to be memorized. i was thinking along the lines of somethign controversial, because i know alot about that stuff. i usually end up rambling on anyways, so it needs to be something i know about.
so.. any ideas?

how is your speaking class, i am taking one and it isnt too bad, it has helped with my shyness. not meaning to take your thread but does anyone have any ideas for what i can teach my public speaking class, it has to be about 3 minutes long.

mine is alright, the teacher kinda sucks, and most of my speeches are done the period before they are due. but its nothing special. last speech we had to give was a "good advice" speech or some good advice you've gotten. i was gone for a while and got the assignment and did the speech 30min later. i ended up talking about the phrase "i think i can" from the little engine that could for 3 minutes. got an A too.
for teaching the class.. we did a "demonstration speech" where you had to explain how to do something. i set up a tent, but most other people cooked. but ours was 4-7 minutes.

nope... it has to be an informative, persusive, or a speech to entertain. a skiing speech wouldn't go down too well cuz i live in steamboat and everybody would just fucking zone out.

ya so far people have done some things like making a pbj, and making hot chocolate. i have to give this friday and if i dont then i have to come in during mid-terms, which i dont want to do, but i cant think of anything good. the only thing i can think of is throwing a football or catching it, but i cant always do that good so i dont think ill do that.

A speech on the waste of federal money..if you want to pm me i can give you many facts about government money being wasted...for example why are we sending the president around the country to solely explain why we are in Iraq?
