Loss of toenails

Hey, so last year I lost my big toenails from toejam, and this morning I noticed one of them was turning black and blue again(I just grew the fuckers back). Anyone else have this problem?

yeah your boots are probably too small. they need to be a little bigger. boots dont need to be so small that your feet are cramped, just enough so they dont move around and have support and stuff

i had that problem last year, u dont really notice it while ur skiing but after ur done like the fronts of ur toes are all sensitive and shit, and my big toenail on each foot fell off, i think my boots were a little small though

FOOTBEDS!!! Seriously...i lost my toe nails all the time, then a boot fitter sold me footbeds...just the cheap superfeet ones. They support the arch of your foot and keep your toes off the end of your boot. Best 40 bucks you can spend..the ones in your boots are garbage. I haven't lost a toe nail since!

^ what he said, also a heel wedge inside the boot can also draw the toes away from the front of the boot. I have the superfeet and the wedge, boots fit like a glove and are comfy... most of the time
