siver cartel is all about having fun in the mountain, no matter what you have strapped under your feet. We share the mountian and the passion for snow. I,m glad some snowboarder realise that
well it sucks when they just went to a ski shop and dont know its ski outerwear. they just have mommy and daddy buy it cuz they like it. i just miss the days when it represented just skiers
the clothes are in the store for people to buy, who cares if they can barley make it down the mountain or they board..someone said it before..a coat is a coat...it doesnt matter
i ride a burton jacket. i love its. its the shuan white pinstripe. its nice. and its cheaper than the carnaby st. from orage/ plus i dont like its hood.
thats a good thing man, the more snowboarders who buy siver, the more money goes right into our industry, and lately siver is the dopest company with siver sessions, young gun open etc.
Do you get mad when jocks wear wragnlers, and cowboys wear nike. Clothes are clothes. And you should by something based on cost, quality, and looks; no matter the brand or intended usage.
i fucking love it that snowboarders are wearing skiers gear. so many skiers wear burton and other various strictly snowboard outerwear clothing where none of the money that goes to the purchase of that jacket is ever seen by a skier, but now i've seen snowboarders in Orage and Siver which means that snowboard money is going to skiers. i love it.
that would make you such a hypocrit. you cant tell me you have never worn any boarder gear or skate gear or something that you dont do. people can wear whatever coat they want as long as they like it
I think a lot of snowboarders don't realise that it's a skiing brand. Up at Meadows i see boarders with siver, but they sorta look like gomers, so i don't know if they actually know about it. What ever though, if they do know thats super chill.
I'm with the one that misses the old days when ski gear used to rep skiers and not boarders. The days when sking wasn't cool was the best, now it's becoming so fucking main stream and people just buy the shit because of the name. I see so many people with Siver gear and they don't ski or board it's fucking gay.
yeah i really dont see where your coming from, there supporting our sport, its narrowing the gap between boarders and skiers, and all you can bitch about is that "boarders wear it so its no longer core" who cares
if you think about it it is better if they dont know its a ski company beacuse then they are just buying it because they think it is sick stuff, not because they like the company or the pros that ride for it. Would you care if another skier who did not ski the park or do any freestyle started riding Armada boards. Or if a racer started useing 4Frnt skis. It just means the stuff is good enough for people to buy who dont care if the company is "core" which is really a dumb term because no mater what they say all companys want to get bigger.
it only annoys me when they think it's a snowboarding company. Theres a kid at my school who has a siver backpack and wont believe me that its a sking company, and another one with a siver hoodie.
I saw a boarder and I yelled at him to wear burton, and he heard me. so I explained to him that siver was a ski company and that it was ok to wear it as long as he didn't make fun of skiers for being better then boarders.

way to be a douche. nobody is better than anyone else, and you telling boarders that are probably better than you that snowboarding is worse than skiing is just increasing the divide between skiers and riders.
