HELP WITH PHOTOGRAPHY

Ok, i just got my first camera and i am new at photography so i have no idea what im doing. So i take my digital camera out to the park and try to take some pictures and they take like 2 seconds after the moment i try to take them and come out super blurry, i think this has somthing to do with shutter speed, if it does how do i fix this. If it concerns another matter please tell me
