i bet u got a bad bruise, but yea put more presure on ur front foot and look at the end of the rail

whatever you do don't angle your skis...get them flat on the rail if you can at least the back one for sure.

go faster than you think you should, (the more speed the better) and always remember COMMIT COMMIT COMMIT, if you dont commit you could be tryin that rail for days, i kno a kid that literally kept tryin to grind a rail for like 3 days of ridin and about 100attempts and EVERYTIME he tried he did the same exact thing b/c he wouldnt commit to it, it was all mental at that point

after you've crashed on a rail a couple times in a row, it's sometimes better to just go and ski or session something else to clear your mind about your previous failures.

this time i actually did land on the rail and still fell on my hip on the last one and also when the flat rail used to be at amex.
