what should you do to get stronger "skiing" muscles. i just do around 80 curle upes, do that sitting in a wall thing for 2 minutes and do some back ups. any toher excirsises.
Tuck Jumps (go into a racing style tuck as low to the ground as possible and hop 2-6 inches off the ground repeatidly, it might not look "mocho" but it really works your legs)
lunges are when youre standing up then you step forward as far as you can and lean on the leg you stepped with then push yourself back up with the extended leg and do the same thing with your other leg
depends on how you do them. pushing against your knees is bad but if you get in a low squat position, toughing your knees to your elbows helps, and just have your but touching the wall is the way to go.

squats are great. do them with lots of weight for 8-10 reps then immediately after putting the bar down put ur hands on ur head and jump straight up in the air as high as you can 10 times.
