Replying to How to make your own ramps, boxes and rails?

I have noticed that a lot of people who want to build a rail or boxes always make a small post in a thread that usually never gets answered. SO I am hoping that in this thread some people who know what they are talking about can give everyone some good plans, pictures, and instructions on how to make your own rails and boxes. I know that ramps is self explanatory but I am sure someone out there doesnt know how to make one. So I think everyone will appreciate some helpful posts so that we can all make our own rails.
