I have technic vento boots and I was wondering if these we ok for the park and if it would be worth it to get park boots and just use these for racing next year. I dont really know what I'm missing because I've never used park boots.
vento's arent designed for racing... Nevertheless, theyll be fine for park, the flex isnt too stiff. Im on salomon pro models and those have a 90 flex rating, you'll be fine
I'm not a racer but I just got into freestyle and I got these boots before I knew freestyle boots even existed. I've been getting alot of shin band, and when I tighten them it just cuts off circulation and my feet hurt like a bitch. I think I might look at some 1080s or scratch, if not just ot try them on.
They are probably too big. My boots have a 90 flex and i dont get boot bang too badly. You might just need a smaller boot. Buying boots too big or too wide is the biggest mistake people make, and its made extremely often. I had to learn the hard way myself. The vento is a wide boot with a lot of padding that wears away, so if you have a narrow foot i would suggest finding a narrower boot
