so people how have used um for a while now, i htink i might just get the cheap rampages. so any complaints? or anyhting u noticed personally about hte rampage, cross, or pro. are the rampages too soft? enough support for big landings? just lookin for some personal insight on the krypton line..
i got the krypton pro's for christmas, and i have used them about 6-7 times and i love them. They are the most stable boot ive worn, and the middle buckel keeps your heel down. I dont know about the rampages but im really pleased with my pros
I have the rampages and my only complaint is that they are soft, I'm used to race boots so its a big difference. Big landings haven't seemed to be a problem though. Boots are super comfortable, warm, and they keep your feet locked down
i have krypton pros and i've skied them 39 times this season. they are fantastic. really solid. they're not as stiff as i thought they'd be (which is good for me). i guess it all depends on what your looking for in a boot in terms of which one you get. with the price, if you look carefully enough, you can get the pros for a somewhat reasonable price or find someone you can get them for you at an ok price.
yeah im looking for pros with hte new liners, but theyre hard to find. i might just have to get rampages cuz theyre cheap. i dont wanna spend 500 bucks
i had to have the guys at my shop grind and stretch out the toebox to accommodate my foot which is already on the narrower side. I have the pros and the crosses are supposed to be narrower.
