i'd start out with safety and nut grab. keep in mind that pencil steeze is hot, so it's really best not to grab at all.

crickets and truckdrivers are sweet with cork 3's and 5's
my favorite trick to do is a switch cork 3 with a truckrdriver

not for spinning i think. I find when i try a mute i slow down a lot and i usually catch my tips on the ground right before the landing. I almost always get a fac full of snow. Teaches me right to try and milk the grab for all its wrth.
