I ride mostly park and a little carving, for now i'm having shitty boots with mega flex so i'm asking myself if i should choose boots with flex or not if using a carving boot in park is to rigid or not.

Don't worry too much about the flex index, it doesn't sound like you need too stiff a boot for what you're doing anyway. Just find something comfortable that fits your foot shape. If you have a really wide boot, might lean toward salo, if really narrow, perhaps a Lange or Dalbello. Dalbellos, by all accounts, really, really do not suck.
