Ive just started floating 1s and 3s, and i want to start doing some bigger spins ie. 5s 7s, and maybe 9s. now when i do the 1s and 3s its over some pretty big tables and i dont really need to spin to hard to get them around, i havnt had practice spinning hard on ne thing but tramp, and im just wondering, is it basically the same thing (setting the spin with ur arms and pushing with ur hips and shoulders)?
